I'm student writing a report on police surveilance videos, with a focus on body-worn or helmet cameras and their affect on todays sociey. It is my understanding that police cams (not just the in-car systems) are becoming very popular amongst many departments. According to an article i read, testing is going on right now, so it seems that cop cams will soon become a commonplace in all of law enforcement.
