This is the shortened version. Last week at 0100, see a car speeding 57 in a 35, stop the car, driver is drunk, strong odor of pot in the car. Driver refuses sobriety tests. Driver is paralyzed from the waist down and is driving this car with his legs crumpled in the floorboard and no hand controls on the car. This gangsta was using a cane to mash the pedals to drive to the burger joint. License revoked, permanent civil revocation means I seized the car, an '82 Buick Carolina blue with 20" shiny rims. No inspection sticker, reckless driving, etc. Can't find any dope in the car. And this guy is talking junk the whole time about kicking everyone's butts including other LEO's except for mine since he knew I had him. He can't hold his bladder, pees in a cup and dumps it almost on top of a PD officer's shoes, and tries to start fights from his wheelchair at the jail with other inmates. He refused the Intox. test also. He also hit on an attractive female officer but stopped after I lied to him and told him she was my wife. There's much more to this but I don't have the room for it. Question: where'd all the normal drunks go?

A "normal drunk" is usually a male, but can also be a female. This "normal drunk" can be violent or docile, depending on what the individual's subsconcious is geared to be while the conscious part has become intoxicated. If he/she is a "violent normal drunk" all hell usually breaks loose from all corners, and, if a a "docile normal drunk" he/she usually just tries to make in down the street or sidewalk (or where-ever he/she is trying to walk to) and how do you know it is a "normal drunk" if a "docile normal drunk" is coming towards you? By the extra two-stepping he/she does while dancing in the walking as well as make the route walked in a lot longer than usual by walking 1 step forward and 3 steps backward and so on.

The "normal drunk" is usually just an drunk person who has had too much alcohol to drink and is not usually on pot besides the alcohol. The problem is, though, even the "normal drunk" is abnormal when he or she is in that condition, so, I - too - would like to know what a "normal drunk" is.

Comments anyone?

I hooked up a drunk one night who had a warrant. What he didn't have were legs. I wheeled him over to my car, cuffed him and tossed him in. Once he was in my car, he says, "I have to have my hands in front of me or I can't balance." "Well, too bad" I replied. I changed my mind after he fell forward and smacked his head on the cage. OOPS! I moved the cuffs to the front.
