Sitting a a local city park enjoying one of the former weekly youth nights, a couple of us were approached by a young man stating he had locked his keys in his cars. A veteran cop (22 years veteran enough for ya?) walks over to the car and surveys the scene. He walks around the car and then approaches the passenger side door. He takes out his mag light and throws a devestating blow to the pasenger side window. The owner of the car's face was priceless! He couldn't believe what he was seeing. Lucky for him the officer noticed that the window was rolled down.
